Job summary

Red Classic is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician (B) to repair and maintain diesel-powered equipment at customer sites. You will work with limited supervision, complete PMs, and assist other technicians as needed while providing your own tools.

The role requires CDL, the ability to lift 50lbs, and flexibility to work at various locations with occasional weekends. Competitive pay and full-time benefits are offered.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and potentially be able to vary the start and finish times including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for shift assigned must be able to work out in the elements at commercial customer work sites
• Ability to work remotely at various commercial customer sites without direct supervision

Mobile Diesel Technician (B)

Job Overview

The Mobile Technician B will repair and maintain all types of customer vehicles and equipment, including material handling, trailers, and diesel-powered equipment. The technician will perform job duties independently with limited supervision mentor and assist vehicle technicians as needed, complete Commercial Customer asset PMs and Repairs at remote Commercial Customer work sites.

Must be equipped with personal hand tools, (removed box tools are stored in Service bed of truck).

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Basic skills in welding and cutting torch operation
• Basic diagnostic tool skills
• Basic Computer knowledge
