Custom Truck One Source, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Technician / Diesel Mechanic in Tampa, FL.

The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and truck-mounted equipment, with a strong emphasis on diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on experience and be prepared to work a full-time, hourly schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with diesel, medium/heavy-duty trucks, or related equipment.
• General mechanical aptitude including hydraulics and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and replace worn or damaged components on vocational and utility trucks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and detailed inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Service truck-mounted equipment including boom, bucket, digger, and aerial devices.
• Use diagnostic software and scan tools to identify faults and performance issues.
• Complete and maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Submit work orders and track repair costs.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in monthly safety meetings.
