Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• For entry level, some previous experience in automotive repair or heavy-duty truck maintenance is required.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred, or ability to obtain.
• For an experienced level, diesel-focused technical school program and 2+ years of maintenance/repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine vehicle condition by inspecting and diagnosing maintenance needs.
• Test engine, safety, and emission systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Repair or replace major assemblies and components as needed.
• Evaluate service/parts options to contain costs and find effective solutions.
• Perform winterization and corrosion control to extend vehicle lifespan.
• Maintain detailed service records for transparency and accountability.
• Stay updated on federal/state vehicle regulations and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to deliver positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
