Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth-Atlanta) is seeking a Diesel Service Apprentice / Mechanic. The role focuses on performing light maintenance and assisting in heavy-duty truck repairs under supervision, with first-stage training toward Service Technician status.

Expect to attend training sessions, keep a clean workspace, and follow safety guidelines in a multi-state Kenworth dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Performs maintenance type work (i.e. preventive maintenance, pre-delivery inspections, light electrical repairs, etc.) under supervision.
• Assists Service Technician in heavy-duty truck repair.
• Attends training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area and properly handles company tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
