Job summary

I-State Truck Center in Marshfield, WI is hiring diesel technicians, truck technicians, automotive technicians, lube technicians, and entry-level mechanics at our Marshfield location. Shift: M–F 12:00pm–8:00pm CST.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, diesel engines, and related components
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repair work
• Complete repair documentation and communicate effectively with service and parts personnel
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
• Experience with or exposure to OEM brands listed (Freightliner, Western Star, Detroit Engines, Cummins) would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks and diesel engines
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repair work
• Complete repair documentation and communicate with service and parts teams
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Shift: M – F 12:00pm Noon – 8:00pm CST.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, diesel engines, and related components
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repair work
• Complete repair documentation and communicate effectively with service and parts personnel
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
• Work on industry-leading products including:
  • Freightliner Trucks
  • Western Star Trucks
  • Detroit Engines
  • Cummins Engines

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level to experienced Truck Technicians
• Diesel Technicians and Diesel Mechanics
• Automotive Technicians looking to transition into diesel repair
• Lube Technicians and General Mechanics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus)
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented individuals
