Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Mechanic Technician in Fairfield, OH.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair brake, electrical, and air systems, and conduct truck and trailer inspections on Class 5-8 vehicles. This hands-on role offers modern equipment, extensive technician training, and a clear pathway from entry-level maintenance to advanced diagnostics, with a guaranteed pay range and annual raises based on training and experience.

Qualificações

• 1-5 years of diesel, fleet, truck, trailer, or heavy equipment preventive maintenance and repair of Class 5-8 commercial vehicles and tank trailer inspection.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and physical exam due to safety-sensitive nature.
• Ability to obtain required industry certifications.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance on Class 5-8 commercial vehicles and tank trailers.
• Diagnose and repair brake, suspension, electrical, and air systems.
• Complete truck and trailer inspections.
• Perform wheel-end, tire, and preventive maintenance services.
• Troubleshoot starting, charging, fuel, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain DOT compliance standards and inspection requirements.
• Complete repair orders and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Work safely in a team-oriented shop environment.
