Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to repair and maintain our fleet under supervision. You will perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and on-call service calls to keep vehicles in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license must be held.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance services
• Conducts safety checks on vehicles
• Performs service calls
• Reviews and completes repairs identified on Vehicle Condition Reports
• Assists Lead Mechanics as needed
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards
• Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management
