The role requires owning your tools, strong customer service, and basic computer skills, with 2–3 years of mechanical experience. High school diploma or GED is required, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must own and maintain tools; dealership provides specialty tools.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use diagnostic tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years' experience as a mechanic on small engines and diesel/gas equipment.
