Job summary

Clearwater in Mansfield, PA seeks a Diesel Mechanic – Pumps & Equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, pumps, and related equipment across shop and field settings at our Mansfield, PA yard. You will perform preventative maintenance, service Pioneer, Godwin, and Cornell pumps, coordinate field service at customer sites, complete documentation, and support fleet readiness.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1–3+ years of diesel experience, and a valid driver's license;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3+ years of diesel engine diagnosis, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Previous experience performing field service or on-site equipment repairs.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, centrifugal pumps, trailers, mechanical systems, and heavy equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate company service vehicles.
• Willingness to participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diesel engines, pumps, generators, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Service field repairs at customer sites and Keystone facilities.
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and scheduled maintenance for fleet assets.
• Maintain organized service vehicles, tools, parts inventory, and work areas.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
