Premier Truck Group is seeking Service Technicians/Diesel Mechanics of all levels to join our team of technicians across multiple locations in the United States. Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent and two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and two-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle inspections, troubleshooting and testing to determine required or recommended repairs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs including engine, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean during repair process.
• Use warranty and parts options to contain costs and ensure quality repairs the first time.
• Communicate with service advisor about additional work needed.
• Assist in writing work orders and interacting with customers as needed.
• Maintain stock and supplies; keep shop area clean and organized.
• Document all work performed on repair orders per SOPs.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Two-Year related experience

Associate's degree or equivalent with two-year related experience/training
