Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the night shift to keep trucks and trailers in top condition. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs to DOT specs, and conduct periodic inspections with minimal supervision.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of mechanic experience, and relevant licenses. You’ll weld with arc and MIG equipment and collaborate with the fleet team for safety and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits:
Schedule: Anticipated Night Shift Schedule 3:30PM -12:00AM (Tuesday thru Saturday), potential for overtime. Rotating on call schedule.
General Purpose: Perform the majority of truck and/or trailer maintenance and repairs, ensuring that equipment is available and in optimal operating condition, while working under minimal supervision. Work with the assistance of other mechanics or supervisors when performing highly technical or intricate diagnostic repairs.
