All Fleet Inc. is hiring a mobile diesel technician in Lima, OH to support fleet operators, over-the-road drivers, and local breakdowns along the I-75 corridor. Diagnosis and repair of semis, trailers, and more are part of the role, with emphasis on quick field service across the metro.

Fully loaded benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, two weeks paid vacation from day one, weekly pay, and a company service truck to drive home. Must have own tools and a valid license.

Formación

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs.
• Own tools (not provided).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more.
• Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics.
• Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas.
• Maintain detailed records of parts and services.
