Level B Diesel Mechanic
Worcester, MA | Full-Time

Early Morning Shifts

Pay up to $37/ hourly depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety checks on fleet vehicles and equipment

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, brake, and suspension systems

  • Respond to service calls and assist with on-site repairs

  • Partner with lead mechanics on complex issues and repairs

  • Accurately complete repair documentation, including parts used and time spent

  • Keep a clean, safe workspace aligned with OSHA and company standards

What You Bring:

  • A high school diploma or GEDplus1 year of related repair experience,OR4 years of hands-on diesel and equipment maintenance

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and mechanical systems

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform work at elevated heights

  • A strong sense of teamwork and accountability
