Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled mobile equipment technician for a leading building automation and industrial tech client in Watertown, MA. The role focuses on maintaining a fleet of heavy diesel equipment, performing inspections, and executing preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of experience with Mack fleet trucks, rollers, or pavers, strong diagnostic abilities, and a safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience servicing heavy industrial equipment such as Mack fleet trucks, rollers and/or pavers.
• Prior experience with diesel equipment and ability to diagnose operating errors and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the mobile equipment fleet in a state of readiness.
• Perform vehicle/mobile equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Repair diesel engines and replace damaged or worn parts.
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs.
• Operate and inspect heavy equipment to diagnose defects.
