Siteworks LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Field Mechanic to diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform major mechanical repairs on construction equipment and vehicles in the field.

The ideal candidate has strong hydraulic and diesel systems knowledge, can work independently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to safety and teamwork; valid driver's license required and dexterity to lift up to 70 lbs may be needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience working with diesel and hydraulics.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Can lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Must be a team player with good communication skills.

This role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing major mechanical repairs on construction equipment and vehicles to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance in the field.
