Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of diesel engine diagnosis, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Field service or on-site equipment repair experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with pumps and heavy equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diesel engines, pumps, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Repair Pioneer, Godwin, and Cornell pumps, engines, fusion machines, generators, and related equipment.
• Conduct field service repairs at customer sites and Keystone facilities.
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, and repair documentation accurately.
• Order parts, fluids, filters, and maintenance supplies as needed.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and scheduled maintenance for fleet assets.
• Operate company service vehicles safely and maintain transport readiness.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and keeping equipment ready for deployment.
• Train employees on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain organized service vehicles, tools, and inventory; support on-call rotations.
• Comply with safety policies and fleet requirements; perform additional duties as assigned.
