Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for Pasco, WA. You will perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include field service at customer sites, training junior technicians, and maintaining complete work orders. Applicants must have 5+ years of relevant experience, own tools, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of diesel systems.
• Own tools applicable to position.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
• Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required.
• Assist in training of lower level technicians as needed.
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work orders daily.
• Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment & parts.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
