Performance Foodservice is seeking a diesel and truck technician to perform preventive maintenance on fleet tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units while ensuring roadworthiness and regulatory compliance. You will document work orders, troubleshoot electrical systems, replace components, and may respond to road calls.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of medium to heavy-duty repair experience, including PMs, brakes, diagnostics, and A/C refrigeration.
$31.78 - $41.33 per hour depending on experience - $2,500 Sign On Bonus4 Day Work Week! (Thursday – Saturday 5:30 pm – 5:30 am and Wednesday 11:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Perform preventative maintenance of medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, converter dolly under minimal supervision. Ensure compliance with all State and Federal trucking regulations. Communicates and interacts with co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Technicians are responsible for the documentation, completion, and to keep current on Work Orders for all repairs and parts used daily. The position will be required to perform road call services as needed.
