Lamers Bus Lines, a leader in school bus and motor coach transportation, seeks experienced diesel mechanics to join our team in Green Bay, WI. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of buses and coaches, ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with buses, trucks, or heavy equipment.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).
• ASE certifications a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on motor coaches.
• Identify and fix engine, transmission, and heavy equipment issues.
• Conduct safety checks to ensure vehicles meet regulations.
• Maintain detailed service logs for all repairs and inspections.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and fleet improvement projects.
