Job summary

Bluegrass Stream is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair trucks and equipment in our Michigan on-site shop. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, electrical systems, and related components to keep the fleet safe and reliable.

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle breakdowns, and document service activities, all while upholding strict safety and environmental standards in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting diesel systems.
• Proficiency with hydraulic, brake, and electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Working knowledge of maintenance best practices and documentation.
