United Rentals in Westerville, OH is seeking a Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III) to maintain and repair complex rental equipment safely and professionally. You’ll work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems and may train lower level technicians.

Occasional travel to customer sites and extra duties such as equipment pickup/delivery may be required; you must own the necessary tools and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of engines, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
