Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a full-time Medium/Heavy Duty Shop Technician at its Liverpool, NY repair facility. The role entails upkeep and maintenance of a large fleet of trucks, tractors, trailers and dollies, with a 6am or 8am start and a competitive wage range.

• Four years Medium/Heavy Duty Truck repair experience preferred.
• Experience/exposure on Detroit or Cummins engines and related computer systems.

• Electrical systems diagnostic experience preferred.
• ABS Certification.
• Welding experience preferred.

Job description

Immediate Position available for full time Medium Duty Shop Technician in our Liverpool, NY repair facility. This position will share the responsibility for upkeep and maintenance on the fleet of over 700 trucks, tractors, trailers and dollies.

Diesel Mechanic $60,000 - $70,000 yearly

Schedule needed: start time 6am or 8am Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

• Four years Medium/Heavy Duty Truck repair experience preferred.
• Experience/exposure on Detroit or Cummins engines and related computer systems.
• Experience with trailer and lift gate repairs.
• Electrical systems diagnostic experience preferred.
• ABS Certification

Welding Experience, preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be safety oriented. Must have own tools. Must meet all DOT required pre-employment criteria as well as company mandated hair follicle drug test.
