Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is hiring Diesel Technician I-III in Louisville, KY. You will safely perform general property and vehicle maintenance and repair in a fast-paced shop environment. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

The role offers pay ranging from $19 to $36 per hour plus training-based increases and experience-based bumps, along with a strong benefits package. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and relevant certifications or verifiable experience to obtain required

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Certification or verifiable experience enabling required credentials.
• Ability to safely perform general property and vehicle maintenance in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property and vehicle maintenance and repair in a shop setting.
• Follow safety protocols and complete training programs.
• Utilize certifications to inspect and service diesel equipment as needed.

Air Brake Certification (FMSCR 396.25)

Job description

KAG is now seeking to hire a Diesel Technician I-III! Diesel Mechanics are required to safely and accurately perform general property and vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: M-F 8-5

Salary

• $19-$36 per hour
• Guaranteed increases with completion of training programs and verified prior experience

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Air Brake Certification (FMSCR 396.25) or 1+ year of verifiable experience and the ability to obtain
• Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Repair (EPA 609) or the ability to obtain
• Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspector 3 years experience or 1 year experience and ability to obtain
• Diesel Mechanics are required to safely and accurately perform general property and vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance/repair
• Preventative maintenance and repair of Class 5 - 8 commercial vehicles and tank trailer inspection
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
