Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic in Holdrege, NE to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment according to manufacturer specifications. You will deliver high-quality workmanship and clear communication with the service team and customers.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and willingness to travel to training and customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specifications to ensure high quality workmanship.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
• Engage in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities, and identify customer service opportunities.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
