Job summary

Beauregard Equipment, Inc. in Concord, NH is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain construction and agricultural equipment, helping keep customers operating safely and efficiently.

You'll work with a dedicated service team, perform routine maintenance, document work, and participate in factory trainings to stay current on premium equipment lines and best practices. Valid driver's license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a diesel technician, diesel mechanic, heavy equipment technician, or related field required.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
  • Experience working on diesel-powered construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment.
  • Familiarity with computer diagnostics is an asset; training available for the right candidate.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must own and maintain a comprehensive set of tools required to perform the duties of the position.
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair construction and agricultural equipment across systems including diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical components.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
  • Communicate repair recommendations and equipment status with the Service Manager and team.
  • Document all work performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare new and used equipment for sale, including installation of attachments and components.
  • Attend and successfully complete factory and manufacturer training programs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional service that supports customer uptime and satisfaction.

Beauregard Equipment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our growing team in Concord, NH. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain construction and agricultural equipment while helping keep our customers operating safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Pay Transparency

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $30.00‑$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities may be available through overtime and advancement opportunities.
