Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a Lube Technician to join our diesel repair shop. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and a clear path to advance in automotive maintenance.

You will perform oil changes, top off fluids, inspect vehicles, and support the service team in a fast-paced shop. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and be eager to learn.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced diesel shop.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance on diesel vehicles.
• Check and top off fluids (coolant, transmission, etc.).
• Inspect vehicles for basic safety and maintenance needs.
• Grease fittings and perform preventative maintenance services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support repair operations by working closely with technicians.
