Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Branch Fleet Technician to maintain diesel equipment and hydrovac operations, performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and adjustments. You will document work orders in Fleetio and support reliability of our fleet.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a licensed heavy-duty technician, and a valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Licensed Heavy Duty Technician.
Driver's License required; Class B CDL license preferred.
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in confined spaces; multiple physical tasks.
40+ hours per week may be required.
Experience with Peterbilt/Western Star chassis is a plus.
Knowledge of DOT compliance is helpful.
Computer literate: Fleetio, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
Provide your own standard tools; specialty tools provided.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles and equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
Conduct safety checks on trucks.
Communicate with Branch Manager and Regional Fleet Staff.
Maintain Hydrovac fleet operations and supplies.
Update knowledge through training and publications.
Occasionally perform emergency service calls.
Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work area.
