Job summary

Custom Truck One Source in Odessa, TX is seeking a skilled mechanic for the repair and maintenance of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems on utility trucks and related equipment. Work involves hydraulics, welding, diagnostics, and field service on bucket trucks, diggers, and cranes.

The role operates Monday through Friday during a day shift. Pay is based on experience; the position includes benefits such as health care, 401(k) match, PTO, and safety/gear allowances, with monthly safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance and repair of Utility Trucks and Equipment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Determine and perform needed assessment, diagnosis, replacement, and repair of hydraulic equipment with minimal oversight.
• Provide written documentation of repairs as required by the company.
• Operate and inspect machines to diagnose defects and test repaired equipment.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools and perform routine maintenance.
