Job summary

MasterTech is seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics in Darien GA. Responsibilities include maintenance, diagnostics and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment in a shop setting with leadership growth opportunities.

Compensation includes $32.00–$45.00/hour based on experience and certifications, a comprehensive benefits plan, 401K with match, boot and tool allowance, and a company vehicle with gas card for field openings. Day shift, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or completion of a Diesel Technology/Mechanic program.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with diagnostic scanning tools.
• Welding experience is preferred.
• OEM Training is a major asset.
• Working knowledge on construction, earth moving, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc., equipment is preferred.
