• CDL required and a high school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of relevant on-the-job training/experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel/heavy equipment and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair vehicles using diagnostic software and tools.
• Inspect brake systems, steering, wheel bearings and critical components for safety.
• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and lubrication per specs.
• Test drive trucks to verify repairs and functionality.
• Raise trucks with hydraulic jacks and hoists; rebuild gas and diesel engines.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and maintain a clean, safe shop.
