Amerit Fleet Solutions is hiring a Fleet Technician/Mechanic in Charlotte, NC. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy-duty fleet vehicles, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues to keep our fleet running reliably.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on diesel and gas vehicle maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license. You’ll own and maintain your personal tools, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with a team to support

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on gas and diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox for the role.
Willingness to pass a DOT physical if required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy-duty fleet vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
