Amerit Fleet Solutions is hiring a Diesel Technician/Mechanic in College Park, GA. The role involves preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring safety standards are met.

We offer weekly pay, benefits within 30 days, and opportunities for growth with a national company. You will work Sunday to Thursday, 5:00am–1:30pm, with equipment and safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience performing diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position and pass pre-employment screenings (drug screen and DOT if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
