Ring's End, Inc. of Darien, CT is hiring a full-time Diesel Mechanic. This position offers a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits in a long-standing Connecticut-based lumber and building materials retailer.

You will maintain diesel trucks, forklifts, vans, and other vehicles, diagnose problems, keep maintenance records, and ensure a clean, safe shop. Occasional travel to parts of CT, eastern New York or Rhode Island may be required.

Formación

• CDL Class B license required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with diesel & gas engines, hydraulics and computer systems (International & Cummins).
• Clean Driving Record.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain diesel trucks, forklifts, vans, and other vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs.
• Keep maintenance records and organized parts inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and universal documentation.
• Occasional travel to CT, Eastern New York or Rhode Island.
