Job summary

Booster is seeking a Diesel Fleet Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair fleet vehicles in a fast-paced environment where uptime matters. You will maintain vehicles, respond to work orders, and travel to other markets as needed to support maintenance.

The role requires at least 3 years of technician experience, the tools of the trade, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Salary is provided as an hourly rate with comprehensive benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of technician experience.
• Must already have the proper tools and equipment of the trade.
• Independent self starter that can be effective without constant or immediate supervision.
• A great attitude and ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success!
• Tanker related maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be very familiar with a smartphone and proficient using email.
• ASE or AC certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Fleet Reliability, all assets to be maintained in a manner that mitigates service interruptions
• Ensure Fleet Availability and return assets to service as quickly as possible
• Available to be "on-call" if requested and promptly respond to work orders
• Address drivers concerns promptly within a 24 hour period
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Compliance (PMC) of 98% or higher
• Available to travel to other markets to support Fleet maintenance

In this role as a Diesel Fleet Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and performing service repairs for our fleet vehicles. Our ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where equipment uptime is critical.
