Total Equipment Management in Utah is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered construction equipment. You will perform inspections, use diagnostic tools, and document work while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement as you service a range of equipment and support customers with dependable, professional service.

Qualificações

• Experience repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and compact construction equipment.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Experience operating heavy equipment safely.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use service software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Diesel Technology or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years experience repairing diesel-powered construction or heavy equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues on diesel-powered equipment.
• Repair, rebuild, and replace engines, fuel systems, hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, final drives, electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment check-in procedures.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections to ensure equipment is customer-ready.
• Accurately document repairs, diagnostics, work orders, parts usage, and labor hours.
• Utilize manufacturer service software and diagnostic tools.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company repair standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, dependable service.
• Work closely with teammates to minimize downtime.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
