Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel/heavy equipment or related lines strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on equipment; complete repairs to minimize downtime.
• Work on fleet including Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and related equipment.
• Develop new skills for potential progression into service or operations management.
• Operate in a safety-focused environment with a collaborative team.
