Job summary

United Ag is seeking a full-time Service Technician in North Canaan, Connecticut. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing engine components, small engines, and agricultural equipment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and customer service skills, and own basic tools. Experience with John Deere equipment is preferred. Qualifications

• Must own and maintain their own tools (specialty tools provided by the dealership).
• Able to work a varying work schedule/shift and be flexible to respond to after-hour calls.
• Strong communication skills required for customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and service repairs on customer and dealer-owned equipment.
• Work must be completed at high levels of quality and safety.
• Daily duties include diagnosing and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools.
