Job summary
United Ag is seeking a full-time Service Technician in North Canaan, Connecticut. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing engine components, small engines, and agricultural equipment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and customer service skills, and own basic tools. Experience with John Deere equipment is preferred. Qualifications
Must own and maintain their own tools (specialty tools provided by the dealership).
Able to work a varying work schedule/shift and be flexible to respond to after-hour calls.
Strong communication skills required for customer contact.
Responsibilities
Perform complex diagnostics and service repairs on customer and dealer-owned equipment.
Work must be completed at high levels of quality and safety.
Daily duties include diagnosing and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools.
