Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is hiring for a Die Setter on all shifts. You will set up dies on 200 to 2500 ton presses and ensure parts meet quality standards per JES and specs.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, logging issues, and participating in continuous improvement programs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with stamping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Experience with metal stamping and die setting preferred; safety training helpful.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and press operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change dies on progressive, secondary, and transfer presses per JES and sheets.
• Produce quality parts according to dies, JES, process specs and quality standards.
• Log non-conformities, participate in corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
