Job summary

Kruger Inc. in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Die Room Technician for the 3rd shift. The role supports tooling and ink preparation to minimize downtime and uphold product quality. You will handle job tooling assembly, tool conditioning, inventory, and ink manufacture per formulas.

Starting pay is $21.94 per hour plus a $0.75 per hour shift differential. Weekly pay, training-based raises, and clear advancement opportunities are offered as you expand skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift driving required; experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or tooling environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare job tooling according to production requirements.
• Ensure tools are in optimal condition and ready for use.
• Organize and maintain tooling storage systems.
• Receive and catalog new tools; update inventory systems.
• Receive and store ink shipments; monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs.
• Manufacture ink per specified formulas and requirements.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Provide support to production operators regarding tooling issues.
