Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source in Ohio is seeking a tool and die technician with proven troubleshooting and maintenance experience on stamping and forming dies. The role includes first and third shift openings, and offers direct hire with benefits; TIG welding is required to support repairs and continuous improvements.

You will learn under experienced mentors, perform bench and machine operations, adjust tools and gauges, and contribute to cost reduction and 5S initiatives while maintaining a clean,

• Prior troubleshooting and maintenance experience on stamping and forming dies.
• Must be able to work 1st or 3rd shift.

• Perform difficult and exacting machine operations requiring a variety of setups and methods to maintain tolerances.
