Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on die equipment and set up dies. The role includes inspecting dies, cleaning and lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.

The technician will operate a forklift and assist other departments as needed to keep production flowing and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has experience with dies or metalworking equipment, can lift 50 pounds repeatedly, and

• Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all die equipment to keep production flowing.
• Set up new dies and maintain existing ones in a timely manner.
• Inspect dies for wear/damage and perform repairs as needed.
• Clean and lubricate moving parts for smooth operation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
