Job Description

Carolinas Staffing is seeking motivated Die Cutters to join a Die Shop team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced production environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 2nd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Work Days: Monday – Thursday (48‑hour work week)
• Days Off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour (paid weekly)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of die cutting machines.
• Load materials into machines and monitor production for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine checks to ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues under the guidance of senior staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous mechanical experience required.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a consistent schedule.
