Job summary

kmmmaryville is seeking a dedicated operator to run and maintain high pressure die cast equipment. You will load furnaces, remove excess aluminum, visually inspect parts, and document production steps for quality control.

Responsibilities include monitoring furnace conditions, assisting with molten aluminum tests, and keeping the work area clean. This role operates on 3rd shift, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines and equipment to manufacture high pressure die cast parts.
• Remove excess aluminum from castings using manual and air tools.
• Visually inspect parts per work instructions to ensure quality.
• Record production through documentation, marking, packaging and tagging procedures.
• Load furnaces with ingot material and maintain raw material quality.
• Monitor furnace settings and communicate issues to the team.
• Assist with tests of molten aluminum as needed.
• Handle trimmings and redistribute aluminum.
• Support Team Leader in duties as necessary.
• Operate shot blaster and maintain clean work area.
