Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years with die casting tooling or die cast processing/engineering.
• Experience applying lean concepts to manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data and present clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, sample, and optimize tooling for new or modified processes.
• Improve cycle time, scrap, and non-value-added activities across manufacturing.
• Provide technical training to production teams as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean deployment for KPI gains.
