Our Dickey’s – Assistant Managers do more than simply complete paperwork and place orders. As the face of Dickey’s, you are to provide and ensure fast and friendly customer service, creating a fun and positive work environment, hiring and leading a top group of Dickey’s employees, dedicated to serving up fresh-made, delicious barbecue and other offerings for our hungry customers. In addition to preparing food, this role is responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, operating the point-of-sale system, safeguarding cash and inventory, maintaining proper food safety standards, and ensuring the cleanliness of the Dickey’s area.
