Job description

Primary Function

Running the barker dicing. Manage and perform product inspection activities. Fill out the required documentation throughout the process. Carry out quality controls and verifications.

The position is Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform quick visual inspections
• Operating the baker dicing
• Unload blocks and blow out/clean blocks
• Manage and perform product inspection activities
• Maintain detailed records and generate inspection reports
• Carry out basic testing and quality checks
• Non-conforming or rejected blocks must be documented at the end of every lot or shift
• Fill out the Scrap tracker
• Fill out the Router Form
• Dice blocks effectively and efficiently
• Block Alignment, find witness marks to ensure quality
• Use the microscope equipped with a toolmaker gauge
• Perform adjustments on machine
• Machine trouble shooting, communicate problems with Equipment Support
