Responsibilities include monthly reporting, supply planning, and project coordination with cross-functional teams to optimize stone procurement, production, and inventory. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2+ years of supply chain planning, demand planning, business analytics, or analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gathers monthly cycle data and creates required reports for analysis.
• Identifies and assesses supply and capacity constraints, collaborating to create action plans.
• Identifies anomalies/outliers in source data and recommends/process improvements.
• Converts inputs into clear summaries (numerical/visual) to provide actionable insights.
• Updates standard daily/weekly/monthly reports using JDE/Business Objects/DAS for current pipeline view.
• Quantifies stone shortages and communicates constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Keeps new product manual forecasts and uploads data through coordination with other teams.
• Responsible for monthly 3rd party stone procurement orders and off-cycle reviews.
• Communicates monthly grading priorities to grading labs based on data and knowledge.
