Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Technician to join the team in the Greater Akron/Canton area. You will work under a licensed nurse to provide safe dialysis therapy and support patient care in a hemodialysis setting.

The role requires two years of dialysis technician experience, CPR/ certifications, and the ability to meet physical demands in a clinical environment. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR Certification or completion upon starting in unit.
• Dialysis certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under licensed nurse, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Obtain and document vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Set up, operate, and perform safety checks on hemodialysis machines and administer heparin as allowed.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare lab specimens.
• Provide excellent service to patients, families, and staff while maintaining a safe environment.
