Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute is expanding with a new dialysis-focused role for the ICU and hospitalwide care. As a Dialysis Technician II, you will support CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), prepare dialysate solutions and baths, and assist with related research to advance patient care and dialysis practices.
This position is a 12-hour day shift, 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., with weekends and every other holiday on a rotating 365-day schedule.

As a Dialysis Technician II, you will provide specialized support for Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) treatments for critically ill patients in the ICU and throughout the hospital. Responsibilities include preparing and packaging dialysate solutions and baths, performing bacteriological sampling of dialysis equipment and related systems, maintaining treatment supplies, and ensuring equipment functions properly. In this role, you may also assist with clinical research projects, contributing to the advancement of patient care and dialysis practices.
A caregiver in this role works 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 p.m. -- 6:30 a.m., with a rotating schedule that includes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and every other holiday, reflecting a 365-day operational schedule.
Minimum hourly: $18.88
Maximum hourly: $28.80
