Job summary

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma, current BLS, and preferably one year of hemodialysis experience or a formal Hemodialysis Technician Certification.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• One year of hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Hemodialysis Technician Certification, or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Registered Nurse in caring for patients undergoing hemodialysis.
• Maintenance and disinfection of dialysis equipment.
• Ordering and stocking supplies for in-patient dialysis treatment.
• Monitoring and cleaning the supply area; other duties as assigned.
